As First Lady & Pastor! It is my privilege and honor to have you visit. It is my endeavor to bring new life and a renewed hope. As Co-Pastor of New Beginnings, I work diligently with my husband Bishop Joseph King.
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia to a single mother and raised in the church I learned the value of being in the midst of Kingdom builders.
I spent many years running from the mandate to preach the Word of God. God, being so forgiving anointed and appointed speaking moments without a license. Later I received my license to preach without a trial sermon. Under the leadership of Bishop King, I was ordained to the office of Evangelist.
My ministry has clearly been gifted to empower women and develop a more intimate relationship with God. I have worked just about every area of church ministry. After being Licensed, I became the Minister of Education for many years before becoming the Minister of Evangelism.
Work in Ministry had been a whirlwind of events for this time. It was now time for elevation to marriage and co-pastoring.
I know the true meaning of working in excellence and living a righteous life by seeking God, not just through praise or prayer life, but also with worship. My belief is that worship is real when you have a true relationship with Christ and it becomes your top priority because you can’t come before the King and not offer a gift!
Romans 8:28 has kept me through the years but I’m also a firm believer that you should Walk worthy, Walk-in unity and most importantly, Walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us . . .(Ephesians 5:2a)
With the manifestation of God’s Glory I support my husband in building a ministry that promotes evangelism of the lost, sound doctrine, and the word of God, with an emphasis on foundational truths and family values.
You can find this first lady in the trenches of whatever it takes, Sunday school teacher, Church books or just maybe the greeter. But count on me..
Come! Make today your new beginning, with love, prayer, and deliverance. Be set free from bondage and walk in the destiny God has planned. Be set free with the anointing power of the Holy Ghost.
